  1. General Terms
  • This return policy complies with Irish Consumer Rights law and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013
  • This policy applies to honey products purchased directly from our website or through mail order
  • By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy
  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Products must be:
    • Unopened and in original sealed packaging
    • In perfect resalable condition
    • Accompanied by original proof of purchase
    • Stored properly according to product instructions
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • The product seal has been broken
    • The product shows signs of tampering or damage
    • The product has been exposed to extreme temperatures
    • The best-before date has expired
  1. Non-Returnable Circumstances
  • Opened honey products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations
  • Products damaged due to improper handling during customer possession
  • Products with damaged or missing safety seals
  • Products purchased as clearly marked sale or clearance items

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • Await return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Include all original packaging and documentation
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
